Portland, Oregon 2010, a year that is meant to bring much change around the human race, or maybe even the vampires. Westbrook APA is a campus that most are flocking to lately, and most being humans and vampires alike. The school has just opened its doors the year before, only a couple years from the biggest war of the century, the one that nobody knows about except for select few.
